| Susie-M - a 7.25" Gauge model |
| Susie-M is a scale model of the Hunslet Engine Company's 0-4-0ST locomotive of 1898. These locomotives were originally built for the slate mines in North Wales. She was built between 1980 and 1990 to drawings supplied by John Milner of Milner Engineering Chester. Scale is 3.25" to 1ft. and the boiler works at 100lbs sq inch. She was first steamed 1991 and run every season to date. The locomotive has outside frames, cylinders and cranks with inside valve gear of Stephenson link motion and Festiniog style tender.
